I've regularly ordered from My Protein for 3 years because they are competitively priced. However, there's a lot of negative things customers should be aware of.

MyProtein regularly run through a common set of marketing and sales tactics of 30-50% off while also changing the price of products to keep what you pay about the same (even on holiday sales).

This is a dishonest business.

The reviews on their website are fake. Read them through and judge for yourself.

While ordering, the website never asks you to confirm the details you entered are correct. As soon as you enter your credit card and addresses and click to move on to the next page, your order is final (suggesting they're quick to take your money).

They do not allow you to cancel your order before it ships. If you navigate their website to cancel your order before it ships (e.g. While it's in processing), the website says it can't cancel it yet (suggesting they're aiming to keep the sale).

One has to question whether their product meets the protein labeling claims. Their 3rd party testing on labdoor.com has expired, and their dishonesty in reviews and quickness to take your money in the ordering process raises high suspicion.

Lastly, their shipping does regularly have problems. I've had multiple packages not arrive. I've had packages arrive with the boxes busted open. I've had packages arrive with the address changed. (I only got the package because I've a friend who works for the local FedEx distribution center and noticed my name on the package.)

The one good thing I can say is they have improved the quality of the bags the protein come in.

Worse company I had to deal with ever and I don't usually do reviews but I have to on this occasion
Very bad service horrible staff you can not get your money back they lost the items in the post I just wanted the re sent it's been a week of talking to them saying I have to fill out forms with I sent 3 times and they still saying to me sorry unfortunately we can't do anything until we receive the form with a smiley face, by the way the form is in pdf they want you to edit it witch I managed to do too me a long time and I had to do it 3 times this is not okay, now they can keep there money and products it's not even worth the effort it's a full time job trying to get your things you have paid for. KEEP THE PRODUCT, YOU THEIFS

Worst customer service and shopping experience

I've ordered it from myprotein, multiple times, due to their good score on labdoor. However, there isn't a single time I had some sort of issue with my order, either they didn't send my gift item, then they hold my order because they didn't have it in stock and they didn't bother to let me know, another time, the issue with payment (glitch on their website) and there isn't a single person you can talk to. It takes days to resolve your issue and this is absolutely the worst shopping experience ever. It feels like buying something from China over Alibaba. I've canceled my order but I won't be surprised If they end up charging me and sending my order out of blue in a couple of months, that's how bad it is to shop from this website. Cancel your order button doesn't work, you might think apple pay would be fast to check out, that doesn't work. So yes, here is my honest review. If you are not in a hurry and won't mind getting your supplements in a month go for it.

BUYER BEWARE - if there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that one instead.

The absolute worst purchasing experience of my life. I accidentally placed an order for an incorrect address. I immediately requested that it be shipped to another address. They would not allow it and told me I would have to place a new order for the new address, wait for the items to be returned from the shipping company, and then a refund would be processed. 4 months later, I am still trying to get my money back. They provided me with a false number where i was told I could talk to a manager. I then reported this and they would not provide me with a number, nor have a manager contact me when i requested this.
I am still going back and forth with their support team trying to get my damn money back.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. WARNING OTHERS NOT TO USE!

Decent

Good service, decent products. Not unbelievable value however most products mix well and taste nice. Clothing is also not bad and some accessories are good however a little expensive for clothing and bottles etc need replacing quite often.

The company is offering discounts but Im disapointed

The company is offering discounts and offers which caught my attention. The products I have purchased seem to be of good quality. However, what disappoints me is the delivery time. I was qualified with a next-day delivery due to 100 pound worth of products, However, I received my products after 2weeks. I believe, the company should hire more personnel and don't offer a next-day delivery If they are already bombarded with orders due to the massive sales or discounts they are offering.
I might consider other brands next time as they were very slow.
